Change-of-mind returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition.
- All original tags and labels must remain attached.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging, where applicable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed in accordance with UK consumer law.
